Moving to LiveChat/Email for all customer support due to enormous amount of robocalls 1

Due to an enormous and overwhelming amount of daily robo/spam calls we are closing the toll-free number and moving 100% to our new LiveChat option (Tab bottom right of your browser window), you can also email us.

We have been dealing with this issue growing out of control for the last year and it’s come to the point it’s draining our resources and causing a drop in our customer service level so we taking action to make sure we can continue to provide the level of customer service we are proud of.

We are looking into enabling Phone calls if needed via Livechat, were you will be able to request a phone call right from the chat.  This will greatly reduce the robocall issue for us and allow us to serve you better.

If you haven’t tried the LiveChat option it is simple, just click the tab at the bottom right of your screen when visiting our site and you can message us instantly.  If an agent is available we will respond if not your message gets sent to us and we can respond when an agent is available and it will email you the message. This is very handy as it allows you to send a quick message and if you have to go and disconnect we can still follow up with you via email which is much more versatile then playing phone tag.
